A little about me…

1) I am working with  my in-laws in a joint venture. We are into Jewellery Manufacturing & Exports to the U.S., Canada, U.K., Australia & N.Z. as well as U.A.E. 

Manufacturing & Exporting both Precious metals like 14, 18, 22, 24 Karat and Immitation Jewellery. I’m a partner in the business and handle mainly the export market and foreign relations.

2) I live in I live in Kandivli, Off the Western Express Highway. The Southern part of the Busy & Beautiful City of Mumbai, which is about An Hour away from the International Airport & An Hour and a half from the Domestic Airport. In & Around my area of residence closest is The Sanjay Gandhi National Park & The Lokhanwala Gardens as well as a couple of Multiplexes and many Shopping Centres & Malls like the Inorbit Mall, Oberoi Mall and Indraprasth to name a few among the many options available as the lists are endless which have all the Entertainment for todays Metrosexual(Concrete Junglees).

I also have a flat in Bandra & Worli, Kandivli is a place where I feel away from the world and I'm always here when I wanna feel alone and private for what I need to do. As here I can pursue my passions and do the things I want without any one disturbing me & vice versa. I also have a row house in Goa which I have rented out to students of IHM so I have it free during the season when I love visiting on weekends.

3) My family consists of a nuclear one with no kids. We have a big family on my wife's side and as for me, my side of the family is more of the nuclear kind where I have my mom and maternal uncle who are both retired from work and enjoy a social life.  

… My lifestyle – Music & Movies

1) Kind of music I like are Electronica/Techno, Alternative, Rock, Rap, Jazz, Hip-Hop, House, Rock-n-Roll, Pop, Metal, Jazz, Instrumental, Indi-Pop, Hindi Film Music & Songs, English Movie Soundtracks, Bhangra, Soul, Afro & Jungle Music.

a) My favourite Artistes are Madonna, Bon-Jovi, Metallica, 50 Cent, Sade, Shan, Adnan Sami, Vanilla Ice, Right said fred, Scatman John to name a few.

b) I listen to music on my PS3, Mp4 Player, Cell Phone, D.V.D. Player, Television, Music System, Discman, Walkman, Radio & Computer.

2) Kind of movies I like The kind of movies I like are Sci-Fi, Action, Thriller both Hindi & English. As well as movies with a great storyline that may not necessarily be box office hits. Family Dramas are also viewed as well as movies with a reality based storyline.

a) I watch movies in Multiplex as well as stan-alone cinema halls, At home on D.V.D./V.C.D., On a Computer or Blue-Ray via the Television, On the L.C.D. Projector which I love the most as I feel I'm @ the cinema.

b) A few of my favourite movies are Rocketeer, Top Gun, From Hell, Dev D., Life in a Metro, Indiana Jones Series, James Bond 007 Series, Superhero Series like Spiderman, Superman, Phantom, Hulk, Fantastic 4, Ironman, Flash, Robocop, Judge Dredd, Transformers, A team, Knight Rider, Fanaa, Pranali the Tradition, Apharan, Yuva, Sarkar as well as Animated Movies

My lifestyle – Hangout places & Games

1) Places I love to visit. Hangout at are Social Clubs like Otter's Club in Bandra, Willingdon Catholic Gymkhana  between Khar & Santacruz, Khar Gymkhana  at Khar, Catholic Gymkhana  at Charni Road on  Marine Drive, Around Shivaji Park, Preetam da Dhaba, Bachelor's, Bandstand, Carter Road, Juhu Beach and Chowpatty in South Mumbai,  Ling's Pavillion for Authentic Chinese, China Garden, Cafe Coffee Day, Gloria  Jean's, TGI  Friday, Hard Rock Cafe, Sports Bar, Boat Club, Havaiian Shack,  7, Toto's Garage Pub, Blue Frog, Atrium at Taj Land's End, Beyond 2000 to name a few of my Hangouts in MUMBAI.

Tito's, Kamaki & Mambo Calangute, At Chances in Vainguinim Valley Resort, Royal Goan Beach Club are a few places I prefer when I'm in GOA.

I also love hanging out at the Farm House in Pardi which is 4 Hrs drive from Mumbai.

The list is endless and more hangouts that spring up will be a part of my list. 

2) Indoor games I play are generally Games on the Playstation 3 like Assassins Creed, Ridge Racer 7, Soldier of Fortune-Payback, Resistance-Fall of Man, Motorstorm, Fantastic 4, Beowulf, Full Auto 2, Blacksite, Army of 2, Need for Speed-Carbon, Conflict-Denied Ops,

Games on my Laptop, Desktop and Cellphone as well. Although I used to play Board games & Cards but don't any more.

a) I play these at Home and the Office as well as while Travelling .


3) Outdoor games I play are Squash, Badminton, Volleyball & Rifle and Pistol Shooting.

My Zippo / Davidoff or any wind resistant / proof Lighter. My Swiss Army knife / Card size Multipurpose tool kit, Mints, My Hip Flask, Cigarett Case.

Materialistically speaking A Car made of Titanium or the strongest metal of the time, A Cell phone most advanced and an Indigenous Robot with A.I. that does practically anything, A Private Jet, A Yacht, An ATV, A Luxurious Caravan.

5) My role models are Ratan Tata / Adi & Parmeshwar Godrej / The Wadias and last but not the least Vijay Mallya not forgetting Bill Gates, Richard Branson and Laxmi Mittal.

because although being asked for 'A ROLE MODEL' I did mention these many people as I take all the postive points I can from them and develop into a Hybrid.

as Ratan Tata / Adi & Parmeshwar Godrej / The Wadias are honest responsible citizens unlike the Ambanis who stooped like their Father to fathoms one can't think of to acheive what they have today, as the Ambanis left no stone unturned in treachery, debauchey (I'd fall short of negative adjectives to describe the Ambani Family).

Vijay Mallya is truthful and a True Connoisseur, a man of taste as he knows well how to earn and is an even wiser spender. As he believes in doing what he does however it may seem to people and has a single face in the whole world.
